The Reconnect Project

This social enterprise refurbishes donated mobile phones and tablets, then provides them free to those in need—such as domestic violence survivors and refugees. Donations help cover an average $200 cost per device to restore and securely erase data.

This accredited social enterprise provides secure e-waste and IT asset disposal, offering pathways to employment for disadvantaged individuals and ensuring devices are reused or recycled ethically.

Committed to both environmental and social outcomes, this organisation recycles e-waste and employs people with disabilities. They also refurbish devices for families in need, creating jobs and reducing landfill.

A social enterprise bridging the digital divide by refurbishing donated tech (laptops, tablets, desktops) and making it accessible for disadvantaged Australians, while diverting e-waste from landfills.
